The development of a human recombinant alkaline phosphatase, to be applied for chronic inflammatory diseases, is planned in cooperation with CEVEC Pharmaceuticals (Koln, Germany, http://www.cevec-pharmaceuticals.com) and IBET (Oeiras, Portugal, http://www.ibet.pt).

BIDMC/Harvard, , Maidstone and Catharina Hospital Eindhoven (CZE)
A follow-up phase IIIa clinical trial in complicated cardiovascular (APPIRED II) in cooperation with CZE (Catharina Hospital Eindhoven, The Netherlands). A phase II clinical trial in variceal bleeding and organ transplant is planned in cooperation with Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, Harvard, Boston,USA). At Maidstone (UK) a RA trial will be conducted.
